I have been asked several times about how a massage can benefit one’s health. The answer is a simple one really. Since massage relaxes muscle tissue, massage helps to lower the heart rate and respiratory rate. It can also lower blood pressure at the same time.

Your overall well being is in your hands and if you take the proper steps as far as taking care of yourself, eating healthy and treating your body well, massage can be a great compliment to your routine.
